Key Responsibilities
- Ensure most effective & production feasible sewing constructions are proposed .
- Preparation of accurate SMV on time considering customer design language, machinery, chassis, product capability and other limitations.
- Carrying out method standardization, standard SMVs application etc.
- Continuously look for Ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.
- Observe and escalate any abnormalities seen in shop floor and engage in resolving them.
- Assist to improve module capacity by applying required IE tools.
- Support to ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire processes to maintain zero accidents.
Qualifications
- Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering form a recognized University or NDT Diploma/SLITA/Textile Management.
- Prefer textile and clothing background.
- Strong analytical skills with an innovation mindset with strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
