LocationOverview

Our 2027 Revenue Management Internship gives you the opportunity to explore the business side of hospitality and learn how hotels make important commercial decisions every day. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, gain exposure to real hotel performance, and begin developing the analytical and business skills that help drive results across a hotel portfolio. Our internship begins in June. 

Responsibilities
  • Support hotel revenue and yield efforts through analysis and reporting across market segments and distribution channels.

  • Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast, booking pace, and market demand.

  • Help prepare short- and long-term reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

  • Participate in revenue strategy meetings and support special projects and ad hoc analysis.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with data and reports.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to Revenue Management tools, systems, and strategies while learning from experienced Highgate revenue leaders.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Coursework in hotel revenue management, finance, analytics, data analysis, or related tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and identifying opportunities or challenges.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret revenue and performance data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, manipulate, and present data effectively.
  • Genuine interest in Revenue Management as a potential career path within the hospitality industry.
  • This is a fully onsite internship. Candidates must reside in the internship city for the duration of the program and be available to work onsite as scheduled.
