Compass International Holdings is seeking a creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Internal Communications Manager to support our Enterprise Communications team. This role is responsible for translating company strategy, priorities, and change into clear, consistent, and compelling communications that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the enterprise. This is an influential role at the intersection of culture, people, and communications, ensuring employees across our storied brands and businesses are informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s strategy and values.

In this Role You Will:

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives
  • Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentation materials
  • Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed
  • Help maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, digestible language
  • Enable people leaders with tools and guidance to effectively communicate with their teams
  • Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes, scripts, or other supporting materials as needed
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows, content development, personalization, and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of engaging content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.
  • Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
    simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
  • Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
