We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Specialist | Partner Programs! The Internal Sales Specialist | Partner Programs works actively with the guidance of department leadership and their assigned Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to:

  • Help create and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach to regional custodial partners

  • Identify new partner relationships to develop regionally

  • Serve as part of our rapid response team for custodial referrals

  • Provide sales and follow-up support remotely

  • Communicate effectively to external partners by asking appropriate questions and accurately disseminating information about Wealth Enhancement Group's services and value proposition.

This is a Remote position. However, candidates must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
 

Rapid Response

  • Acknowledge incoming referrals with internal processors for immediate action.

  • Make initial contact with referring external partner in optimal response time.

  • Help process leads in company systems for RVP and Advisor access.

  • Sets initial client meetings & gathers appropriate case information for RVP.
     

Overseeing sales cycle

  • Pre-intro communications and scheduling.

  • Post-intro communications and data gathering.

  • Plan proposals and deliverable completion.

  • Presentation coordination and onboarding experience.
     

Sales team support

  • Partner with regional sales leadership to oversee new business pipeline.

  • Coordinate with central support teams on sales related activity.

  • Other duties and obligations as reasonably assigned or requested.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Minimum 2 years applicable experience, ideally in financial services

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) Strongly Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to train and coach others

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce

  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies

  • Experience with Workday preferred

  • AI Literacy:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies in daily work tasks.

  • Requirements include understanding how to craft effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness, and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

  • Comfort with learning new AI applications and understanding their appropriate use cases and limitations.

  • As AI technology evolves, continued learning and adaptation to new AI tools and methodologies will be expected.

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $67,300.00 - $97,600.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ($70,000.00 to $85,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
