Job Summary

The International Specialist manages daily operations in the international department, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, and other services. They process client requests with a strong commitment to trust and data integrity, providing precise updates while safeguarding sensitive information. The role involves manual entry of requests, tracking delayed orders, and adhering to custom client requirements. Attention to detail and proactive communication with the team are essential to prevent delays and uphold data accuracy. Additionally, the specialist will develop a deep understanding of international products and services, reinforcing quality and trust throughout the process.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Adherent to established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures to ensure the expectations of our clients are being met  
  • Perform the necessary research to ensure customer orders are processed thoroughly and efficiently  
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping proprietary information confidential  
  • Utilize all available tools to effectively perform job responsibilities  
  • Communicate timely updates and results as outlined by InformData and client expectations  
  • Utilize knowledge of products, services, and workflow to ensure orders are processed per policy and procedure 
  • Maintain communication with the vendors to establish lasting relationship   
  • Ensure that all searches are being updated with the required details within the required time frame

  • Detail-oriented, with good written and oral communication skills  
  • Must have strong organizational skills and time management skills 
  • Must be flexible and able to multitask 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - Intermediate or higher proficiency) 
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems and communicate results 
  • Experience with process workflow design and creating standard operating procedures  
  • Basic knowledge of data structures

Working Conditions

 

  • This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • This position requires the ability to interact with all levels within the organization types of people and requires the ability to respond professionally to all individuals and work well as a team player.
  • This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives.
