Mercedes-Benz of Oakland is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Director/Sales Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and manage our sales team. This role requires a motivated leader who can drive internet sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in CRM management, handling internet leads, and possess strong desking skills. Experience with Mercedes-Benz is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the internet leads
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase internet sales and leads with CRM systems
  • Experience with deal desking, negotiations, and payment structuring is preferred
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve target metrics and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Mercedes-Benz products, incentives, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internet sales management or automotive sales leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online sales platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and automotive industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
