Support planning, execution, and monitoring of sales/marketing projects. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, track milestones, and contribute to process improvements and market research.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Manage assigned project activities and provide regular progress updates to the supervisor.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on project findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and efficiency.
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, or supply chain operations as required.
- Support the implementation of departmental strategies and action plans.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Perform any other duties or project assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Marketing, Sales, business acumen, or related business disciplines.
- Awareness of FMCG market dynamics.
- Understanding of project management principles and business processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
- Previous internship, industrial attachment, leadership role, or project experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage academic or extracurricular projects successfully.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and business reports.
- Basic project management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
