Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:

- Immediate open position

- $28.88 - $32.04 per hour

- Completion of high school required, six months of related experience required.

- Previous experience with Excel, MAPICS, MRP, AS400 or similar software required. 

- Data entry/typing skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Effective time management and organizational skills

- Ability to complete cycle count in accordance with production requirements.

- Ability to ensure accuracy in counts and reports.

- Internal and external inventory audits.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Conduct daily cycle counts of raw materials, work in process, and/or purchased components.

- Provide accurate counts to production.

- Conduct spot checks, verifications, or audits within the department as required.

- Complete accurate data entry and generate inventory reports.

- Investigate variances between physical inventory count and data in Mapic system.

- Provide inventory reports to schedulers.

- Audit counts at month-end and participates in the year-end physical inventory count.

- Reports inventory shortages to appropriate personnel as required.

- Perform other duties as required.
