Salary: $180k-$200k + Equity
Company Description: Entrepreneurs First - VC-backed global talent investor
Job Description:
You will lead the SF "Launch" program, taking elite technical founders from global cohorts and turning them into fundable Bay Area companies. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll pressure-test go-to-market strategies, refine fundraising narratives, and facilitate high-stakes introductions to top-tier VCs to ensure successful seed rounds and long-term ecosystem integration.
Location: San Francisco, USA
Why this role is remarkable:
Exceptional access to the world's best pre-seed technical talent backed by luminaries like Reid Hoffman, the Collison brothers, and Demis Hassabis.
High-autonomy environment where you shape the San Francisco offering and directly influence the trajectory of startups valued at over $15B collectively.
Unique hybrid role combining early-stage company building, strategic fundraising advisory, and high-level community architecture in the heart of the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
What you will do:
Guide founders through critical early milestones including landing first customers, sharpening value propositions, and navigating the US competitive landscape.
Orchestrate the 3-month Launch program and Demo Day, connecting founders with an exclusive network of tier-1 venture capital firms and angel investors.
Build and cultivate a thriving SF alumni network and founder community to serve as a permanent support system for incoming global cohorts.
The ideal candidate:
At least 3+ years of experience as a founder, early-stage startup employee, or venture investor with a deep understanding of fundraising mechanics.
Proven "master connector" with an existing, active footprint in the San Francisco tech scene, hacker houses, and investor circles.
High-ownership operator who thrives in low-touch environments and possesses the technical depth to challenge and support sophisticated deep-tech founders.
