Founding iOS Engineer — Equity Only

PhoCall Inc. is a native iOS application for sales professionals — pre-launch, New York C Corporation, properly structured. This is an equity position. No salary at this stage.

We are looking for one Founding iOS Engineer with production experience in CallKit and Speech Framework to build the core intelligence layer of the product. The UI is complete. What remains is the most consequential component in the architecture.

This role requires:

  • Production CallKit experience in a live App Store app — non-negotiable
  • Speech Framework experience — continuous on-device recognition — non-negotiable
  • SwiftUI and CoreData depth
  • Dynamic Island Live Activity via WidgetKit — strong plus

This is a founding-level equity position in a properly structured company. IP Assignment, Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, and contractor agreements all prepared by counsel before a line of code is written.

The product details are shared under NDA. If your background includes live App Store experience with CallKit and Speech Framework, we'd like to hear from you.
