IT Business Applications Intern 

Location – hybrid: Palo Alto, CA  

Position Overview: The IT Business Applications Intern will work closely with our Enterprise Technology team to assist in the maintenance, development, and optimization of our CRM platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about CRM administration, development, and best practices. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Assist with the maintenance and configuration of the CRM platform. 
  • Collaborate on developing and debugging Apex code to create customized solutions. 
  • Work alongside the team to create and customize CRM objects, workflows, page layouts, fields, and applications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for CRM enhancements. 
  • Participate in testing new CRM features, updates, and custom Apex solutions. 
  • Learn and adhere to CRM best practices, including best practices in Apex coding. 
  • Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements. 

What you’ll need: 

  • Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback.

What to Expect:  

  • Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026.  
  • Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.  
  • Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
