Our team is based all over the world and we are heavily reliant on our IT team to ensure we can operative effectively and deliver to customers.

We are looking for friendly, problem-solvers to join our IT Support Desk to assist users with these applications and provide hardware support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective IT support related to the onboarding of new users and departures of leavers.
  • Provide technical software support for end-users – particularly around Office365, OKTA, and Zoom.
  • Provide technical hardware support for end-users, both onsite and remote, related to Windows and Mac laptops and peripherals, video-conferencing systems, and office access control.
  • Microsoft Intune administration, including configuration, deployment, and management of devices and applications to include implementation and troubleshooting of security policies related to MDM and MAM .
  • Manage local IT vendor relationships and process orders through the company’s purchase requisition process.
  • Work with Service Leads on escalated cases and changes
  • Work with IT Security to implement security policies and respond to incidents.

Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Support role

Proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, OKTA, Office365 and the O365 admin suite including endpoint management experience with Microsoft Intune.  Experience with Powershell scripting and Power Automate a plus.
