Wisk’s internship experience is a 12 week, hands-on program. Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work.

We are looking for a IT Intern - AI Specialist to join our team for summer 2026. The goal of an  IT Intern - AI Specialist at Wisk is to be an advocate for AI, find ways that IT and the business can leverage AI to improve process and automation. You will be part of the Information Technology team that delivers IT systems and Processes to keep Engineering and the Wisk Business Productive.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Information Technology organization, you will act as a IT Intern - AI Specialist for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market

• You will take part in developing solutions around Artificial Intelligence to help streamline IT activities

• You will help doing set ups and support problem solving activities leveraging AI to drive to quicker resolution

• You will take part in tasks such as automating support tasks, building out AI Gem’s, Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise solution and working with the business to help create ideas for them on how they can automate their processes leveraging AI

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Gemini Enterprise Agentic AI and Google Workspace Gem’s

Pay Rate for this internship opportunity is up to $30 per hour
