What you will do and achieve:

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, access reviews, email, groups, and device setup.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot employee laptops, with a focus on macOS and occasional Windows support.

  • Support endpoint management, device compliance, MFA, password policies, and other security controls.

  • Triage and resolve access, hardware, software, Wi-Fi, email, and productivity-tool issues quickly and pragmatically.

  • Maintain accurate IT inventory, documentation, support tickets, and repeatable operational workflows.

  • Partner with Security and Engineering on access requests, GitHub administration, SaaS approvals, and infrastructure-related IT changes.

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring IT workflows as Factory scales.

  • Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to keep IT operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of macOS environments, with occasional Windows support.

  • Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, MDM, and other common business software.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
