The Ivalua Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. This role bridges the gap between complex procurement business requirements and technical system capabilities, ensuring that organizations can manage their spend, suppliers, and contracts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support end-to-end implementation of the Ivalua S2P platform (Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, etc.)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Configure Ivalua modules, workflows, business rules, forms, and user interfaces
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and custom developments
Conduct system testing (unit, system, UAT) and support defect resolution
Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and platform capabilities
Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of the Ivalua solution
Act as a subject matter expert for Ivalua functionalities and procurement processes.
Required Skills
Min. 3+ years of experience working with the Ivalua platform
Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and P2P processes
L2, ideally also L3 certification in any of the following areas P2P or INT or SQL from Ivalua
Hands-on experience with Ivalua configuration (workflows, objects, permissions, templates)
Experience with system integrations (APIs, ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
