- Monitor electrical, mechanical, cooling, backup power, and facility monitoring systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and report abnormal conditions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with Civil Engineering, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of critical facility system dependencies, redundancy, capacity, and equipment operating configurations.
- Initiate and track facility work requests through completion.
- Support equipment troubleshooting, outage response, and corrective actions.
- Maintain equipment records, drawings, procedures, and maintenance documentation.
- Provide support for equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond after hours or on weekends to facility emergencies, outages, and critical equipment issues.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High school diploma and at least four years of relevant work experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
- Experience in facility operations, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, construction, utilities, or a similar technical environment.
- Basic troubleshooting, communication, computer, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.
- Willing and able to provide after-hours and weekend on-call support as required.
- Must have at least an Interim Secret Clearance to Start
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Technical Bachelor's Degree, certification, apprenticeship, or military training in a related field.
- Experience with generators, UPS systems, HVAC, chillers, pumps, electrical distribution, or building automation systems.
- Experience in a data center, mission-critical facility, industrial, or DoW environment.
- Current active security clearance.
