* Job Summary
* As a Jr Marketing Data Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting advanced marketing analytics initiatives, including developing of propensity to buy models, synthetic personas profiling, recommendation for next best action, and automation of insights for research and reporting questions. This role also involves applying foundational AI and machine learning techniques to solve business problems and automate processes. Your contributions will help build scalable, well-documented solutions that drive measurable impact across marketing and customer experience. Your work will directly impact how we acquire, engage, and retain B2B customers across our technology products and services portfolio. You will work closely with senior analysts, marketing campaign managers, and channel owners to explore datasets, perform statistical analyses, and develop automated solutions. Your role will emphasize hypothesis testing, data validation, and building scalable Python-based workflows to gain deep understanding about customer behavior and uncover opportunities for driving demand.
* What you will do:
* Support development of predictive models for marketing segmentation, customer journey mapping, and profiling marketing personas.
* Apply statistical methods and hypothesis testing to validate marketing strategies and campaign performance.
* Assist in implementing machine learning algorithms for personalization and optimization tasks.
* Build and maintain Python-based workflows for data cleaning, feature engineering, and automation.
* Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
* Build AI agents to automate modeling and analytics insights tasks
* Contribute with know-how and innovative ideas to the development of the AI-driven eco-system for advanced marketing analytics.
* Document processes and ensure reproducibility of models and analyses.
* Provide ad hoc analysis to support marketing campaigns and strategic decisions.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field and 1 year of experience in data science or analytics (internships or academic projects count) OR
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field and a previous internship.
* Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib).
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
* Hands-on experience at work or in school with machine learning techniques and AI concepts (e.g., supervised learning, NLP basics).
* Strong understanding of and comfort in using generative AI tools.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts such as segmentation and journey mapping.
* Basic SQL knowledge for data querying.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
