Perform statutory and commercial accounting in compliance with local legal requirements and IFRS guidelines.
Request bank accounts for new suppliers.
Check and record purchase invoices.
Link invoices to existing purchase orders and receiving reports.
Follow the approval process and monitor analytical coding.
Act as the point of contact for operations and suppliers.
Prepare payment instructions and execute bank transactions.
Input payments into the banking system.
Post various journal entries and create provisions.
Assist with import/export forms when necessary.
Support with expense notes.
Handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accountancy or economics.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and double-entry accounting.
Preferably some experience in audit, accountancy, or a finance department.
Fluent in English.
Communicative, flexible, and not afraid to take initiative.
Proactive, a team player, and able to work independently.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with KPD software is a plus.
