The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a motivated Services Representative eager to kick-start their career in market research. In this role, you will learn the foundations of project management by supporting client projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll develop a customer-first mindset, build strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and receive hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Services. This position reports into a senior level services lead.
This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to commute to the Rochester office 3 days a week.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in services projects with supervision and support from senior team members.
- Keep clients informed on critical project developments through preferred channels.
- Participate in project setup meetings under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Develop an understanding of client service offerings, best practices, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all projects you are directly responsible for meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, in budget, and without quality issues.
- Assist with collecting essential data on project performance.
- Follow established best practices and processes for project delivery.
- Provide feedback to sales on project performance to help improve delivery and key metrics for future projects.
- Identify and report issues to senior team members for collaborative problem-solving.
- Build positive relationships across the organization and with customers.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the insights industry as it relates to project full-service delivery, sample management, and other important trends that will help PureSpectrum meet or exceed customer needs.
- Performs work following specific instructions and established procedures under active supervision and regular guidance.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience; interest in project management and the market research industry; completion of the PureSpectrum Services internship program is a plus.
- Ability to assist in multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to address customer and project needs.
- Solid judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
