In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth, partnering with leadership and hiring managers to discover, attract, and bring exceptional people into the april team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process (specifically for april Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

  • Gather and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions

  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system

  • Assist with developing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent

Experience

  • 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience

  • Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms, Ashby is a plus!

  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn

  • Passion for building amazing and collaborative teams
