Mind Computing is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and recruiting top talent for our expanding organization. This position requires a proactive, creative approach to building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews.
  • Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines. 
  • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in federal contracts/Healthcare IT or staffing agencies).
  • Proven success in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc.
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Prior Government/Federal experience

Note: Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
