We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Junior Technical Sourcer to help us scale our Engineering team by building strong outbound talent pipelines.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to break into recruiting by becoming exceptional at sourcing and outbound talent discovery.

What You’ll Be Doing:Talent Sourcing (~80%)Proactively source exceptional candidates for Technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design)
Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools
Research target companies and candidate profiles to identify high-quality talent
Write and send personalized outreach messages; iterate on messaging based on response rates
Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline metrics
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Conduct resume reviews and support early screening as needed
Keep candidate data clean and up to date in the ATS
Ensure a thoughtful and professional candidate experience

2+ yrs of experience in Technical Sourcing
Have experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, hospitality, or support roles and enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself — you won't have anyone to delegate to
Would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful
You have a strong internal sense of urgency. You have a bias towards doing things *today*, rather than tomorrow
Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required
You are excited about the adventure of building a company!
