Be part of the connection:
After completing our award-winning training, you create the account pursuit strategy for a select group of highly complex priority accounts. You maximize the success of each account through detailed management of account profitability, business plans and long-term objectives.
How you can make a difference:
  • Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Provide consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities or improve service levels.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Acquire new business and secure contract renewals by cultivating relationships with new and existing contacts via telephone, premise visits, networking and industry events.
  • Submit an ROI analysis and request a site survey to determine serviceability.

What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber connected networks.
  • Skills: Relationship building and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Quick learner that can apply knowledge while working in a team environment.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between
$69,000.00 and $136,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$88,680.
