As a National Sales Manager, you serve as a strategic connector between agencies, clients, and Spectrum Reach's evolving media ecosystem. You will lead national advertising efforts selling market-market campaigns, while helping clients navigate the increasingly complex media landscape across linear TV, streaming, and advanced advertising solutions.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships with agencies and brands, and focusing on delivering innovative, cross-platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Drive national advertising revenue and achieve annual sales targets across linear, streaming, and advanced TV products• Partner with agencies and advertisers to develop integrated media strategies that leverage premium content, live sports, streaming platforms, and advanced targeting capabilities• Navigate the evolving media ecosystem by helping clients understand the value of cross-platform campaigns across linear TV, streaming apps, addressable TV, and programmatic video• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within key categories such as automotive, travel, QSR, retail, and entertainment• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, research, ad operations, and product development to deliver best-in-class advertising solutions• Utilize audience data, insights, and measurement tools to articulate campaign performance and optimize client outcomes• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging advertising technologies to position Spectrum Reach as a trusted strategic partner

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:• 5+ years of media or advertising sales experience• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships
Skills:• Strong communication and presentation skills• Negotiation and consultative selling• Strategic thinking and collaboration
Abilities:• Build and maintain strong agency and client partnerships• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Identify and develop new business opportunities• Translate complex media solutions into clear client value
Preferred Qualifications• Experience selling streaming, advanced TV, addressable, or programmatic video solutions• National advertising sales experience within the media industry• Strong understanding of data-driven advertising, audience targeting, and campaign measurement

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between
$99,900.00 and $196,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$121,000.
