About the Role

Arch Systems is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team,

responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of Arch’s most strategic accounts. This is a commercially focused role accountable for revenue expansion, renewal negotiations, and multi-year account growth strategies. You will build executive relationships, identify new revenue opportunities across global sites, and drive pipeline creation within existing customers.

You are the commercial owner of your accounts — responsible for meeting and exceeding expansion and renewal targets while partnering closely with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

Ideal candidates for this role will be located within the United States.

What You Will Own & Drive:

  • Commercial ownership & revenue growth: Own the commercial strategy and revenue outcomes for your accounts, including expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year contract negotiations. Carry a revenue target tied to net revenue growth.
  • Account planning & pipeline creation: Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans. Identify whitespace opportunities across business units, sites, and product lines, and build a qualified expansion pipeline.
  • Executive relationship development: Build and expand relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders. Position Arch as a strategic partner aligned to business transformation and operational priorities.
  • Renewal strategy & negotiation: Lead renewal negotiations end-to-end. Develop early renewal strategies, mitigate commercial risk, and secure multi-year agreements that maximize account value.
  • Strategic expansion programs: Identify new use cases, geographies, and site rollouts. Partner with internal teams to structure proposals, business cases, and pricing models that drive incremental ARR.
  • Forecasting & revenue predictability: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting. Provide visibility into expansion timing, deal risk, and revenue projections.
  • Internal deal orchestration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, Technical Account Managers, and Industry Experts to structure compelling commercial proposals and align on scope, pricing, and delivery commitments.
  • Voice of market & competitive positioning: Bring competitive intelligence and market insights from customers to inform pricing strategy, packaging, and positioning.

What You Bring to The Table:

  • Experience
    • 7+ years in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Account Growth within B2B SaaS or industrial technology.
    • Proven track record carrying and exceeding revenue targets through expansion and renewal ownership.
    • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts with quota responsibility.
  • Commercial & Strategic Strength
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities within existing enterprise customers.
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring multi-year agreements.
    • Experience building account growth strategies across global organizations.
  • Executive Engagement
    • Experience developing C-level relationships and navigating enterprise procurement and budgeting processes.
    • Strong executive presence with ability to position ROI and business value in commercial terms.
  • Domain Understanding
    • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, industrial SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
    • Ability to translate operational value into commercial business cases.
  • Operational Discipline
    • Strong pipeline management and forecasting rigor.
    • Comfortable operating in CRM tools and structured deal processes.

    What Makes You Stand Out:

    • Experience growing revenue within global manufacturing enterprises.
    • Demonstrated success landing and expanding enterprise-wide platform agreements across multiple sites.
    • Background in industrial SaaS with complex, technical solution selling.

    How We Will Support You:

    • Innovate with Impact: Join a team building advanced AI and data products that meaningfully improve manufacturing operations around the world. Your work will contribute directly to efficiency, sustainability, and technical agility for major industrial players.
    • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team that values curiosity, open dialogue, and cross-functional collaboration. We foster an environment of continuous learning and shared success.
    • Growth & Development Opportunities: Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on experience with product innovation, complex customer programs, and data-driven decision-making. Arch supports your long-term career advancement and deepening of industry expertise.
    • Equity & Ownership: Benefit from equity opportunities that align your contributions with the long-term success and mission of Arch Systems.
    • Remote-First Flexibility: Thrive in a remote-first culture designed to enable flexibility, balance, and productivity across a globally distributed team.

    Application Process

Please submit resumes in English. We welcome applicants who may not meet every requirement but are passionate about the role and mission.
