About the Role

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Experiences Business Operations Manager to support the onboarding and execution of some of the most high-profile, globally recognized experiences on our platform. This is a high-visibility, high-stakes role where the quality bar is exceptionally high. Listing pages, guest communications, and logistics for talent of this caliber leave no room for error. You will be the operational backbone that makes these moments flawless, owning the details so that hosts, guests, and partners enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
  • Design and analyze incrementality tests on the highest-impact campaigns to quantify true incremental lift on levers like pricing and availability, then translate results into clear invest, redirect, or sunset recommendations for the team and regional leaders.
  • Evaluate channel performance by region, measuring how newer channels perform against established defaults across email and push, accounting for regional differences such as varying open rates and channel mix, to inform future channel strategy.
  • Analyze audience, lever, and segment performance to determine which levers, themes, and segments most efficiently drive meaningful, measurable impact, and help strengthen performance across underserved segments.
  • Contribute to the learning agenda by running analyses and designing tests that answer strategic questions about where localized, multi-touch outreach drives lift and which channels drive adoption by region, then feed those learnings back into the roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers on campaign execution, with growth marketing on methodology, and with regional teams on performance readouts and best-practice sharing.
Qualifications

  • Seven or more years in analytics or data science, with depth in marketing or lifecycle measurement, CRM or customer outreach, or growth analytics.
  • Strong experimentation and causal inference skills, including hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
  • Measurement fluency across channels such as email, push, and emerging channels, including attribution methodologies and a clear understanding of their limitations.
  • Analysis that drives action, with a track record of insights that shape lever prioritization, channel strategy, and resourcing decisions at the leadership level.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex measurement results into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders and comfort pushing back when the data warrants it.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with experience working in large-scale data environments and building scalable reporting.
  • A quantitative degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • An AI-forward mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and build scalable solutions.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region programs and adapting measurement approaches to regional differences.

Key Details
  • Start Date: August 2026

  • Contract Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Location: Remote (US based), PST preferred

  • Compensation: $95-$110 per hour (W2)
