Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.

We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.

The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.

Coding agents and agentic engineering are core to how we work. They're not a novelty. They're the reason a small team can ship what used to take months in days. You'll orchestrate agent swarms working in parallel, own the output quality, and continuously improve the system so we get faster over time.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll build alongside your team, set the bar for speed and quality, and mentor high-ownership engineers. If you're looking for a role where you architect from a distance, this isn't it.

What you'll do
  • Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to define the right problem, success criteria, and constraints.

  • Break ambiguous client needs into focused increments deliverable in days, each with a clear hypothesis to test.

  • Deliver end-to-end increments by combining your own work, team delegation, and coding agents working in parallel.

  • Own final quality. Agents accelerate the work, but you're accountable for what ships.

  • Evolve our tooling and workflows so the team ships faster each month

  • Spot patterns across client work and turn them into reusable building blocks

  • Define handoff standards when increments mature into v1 products or move to delivery teams.

  • Mentor builders toward high ownership, pragmatic shipping, and continuous reuse.

  • Create a culture where speed comes from better systems, not longer hours.

What you bring
  • Strong full-stack engineering ability. You've shipped end-to-end solutions independently, not just contributed to pieces.

  • Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs.

  • You know where they accelerate work and where they don't.

  • Curiosity and creativity. Side projects, experimentation, connecting dots others miss, staying current with a space that changes weekly.

  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.

  • Problem discovery instincts. You know how to ask the right questions, identify problems worth solving, and push back when a client's assumed solution isn't the real answer.

  • Client-facing confidence. You can run demos, navigate feedback, and hold your own in client conversations.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching. You thrive with tight timeboxes, imperfect information, and multiple projects in flight. You can shift gears between different client problems without losing momentum.

  • Product and UX sensibility. You build things that are coherent and usable, not just technically correct.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with enterprise constraints: identity/permissions, secure data handling, integration complexity.

This is a high-scope role and we know it. We're looking for someone who's energized by building across the full stack (technical, operational, and human), not daunted by it. If that's you, we'd love to talk.

When you join Solvd, you'll…

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.

  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
