About this role:
Branch Systems & Transformation is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to oversee and influence Product Risk & Control activities across our Risk Assessable Unit (RAU), supporting the development and support of our core products. This role serves as a risk and control leader responsible for ensuring that the systems, software, and operational technologies used in the branch (e.g., ATMs, safe deposit, Sales and Service platforms, and other branch devices) operate in alignment with regulatory expectations, enterprise standards, and our key risk frameworks.
This is not a software development role, but requires deep partnership with technology, products, process, audit, compliance, legal, and branch operations teams to ensure the right controls exist, operate effectively, and remain aligned as branch systems evolve.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00

This is not a software development role, but requires deep partnership with technology, products, process, audit, compliance, legal, and branch operations teams to ensure the right controls exist, operate effectively, and remain aligned as branch systems evolve.
In this role you will:
- Maintain the assigned Risk Assessable Unit (RAU) in alignment with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, partnering with stakeholders to identify trigger events and conduct off-cycle reviews when necessary.
- Lead risk program responsibilities within the Risk Management Framework by identifying, measuring, assessing, controlling, monitoring, and reporting risks or gaps across products and processes.
- Support front-line participation in risk committees and governance routines, including preparing materials and contributing to ongoing oversight activities.
- Collaborate closely with front-line and Control partners and engage Legal, Independent Risk Management, and Internal Audit. This includes coordinating documentation, demos, and responses for IT&V and Audit engagements.
- Develop risk and control communications and reporting related to RCSA, Issue Management, and other key products or business activities.
- Strengthen front-line partners' understanding of the Risk Management Framework through coaching, training, and guidance.
- 3-5 years of risk and control management experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Extensive experience in risk management, including designing, implementing, and enhancing risk management programs within complex operational environments.
- Strong understanding of risk, audit, and control principles, with the ability to apply these concepts across products, processes, and technology-enabled environments.
- Deep financial services background, including a clear understanding of how a bank operates and the associated regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify, assess, control, monitor, and report risks and controls, using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Senior-level capability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and represent the function effectively across the business.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across multiple teams and lines of business.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities to innovate, streamline, and improve the business.
- Advanced proficiency in developing executive-level presentations and communications, including the ability to distill complex subject matter into clear, concise insights for senior audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, incorporate anecdotal feedback, structure complex issues, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
- Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations at least three (3) days/week in office.
