In this Role, You Will
- Lead complex initiatives, including cross-functional efforts with broad organizational impact, and contribute to large-scale planning within the Credit Resolution function.
- Analyze complex business, operational, and credit-related challenges that require evaluation of multiple factors, including unique and precedent-setting circumstances.
- Exercise sound judgment and make decisions in multifaceted situations by applying knowledge of Credit Resolution policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Credit Resolution peers, business partners, and management to resolve issues, execute resolution strategies, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead projects and workstreams, mentor team members, and contribute to the ongoing development of Credit Resolution best practices.
- 5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of commercial or corporate lending experience in a credit-focused role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial or corporate workout, special assets, restructuring, or credit resolution.
- Working knowledge of loan documentation, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize findings and present recommendations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
