About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Data Science Engineer to join our Engineering team  reporting to the VP, Engineering. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Tel Aviv, Israel location. 

In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping our data infrastructure by designing, building, and deploying pipelines that power insights across our Customer Success platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like engineering and product. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in data engineering, data processing, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and implement data pipelines for a variety of tasks, such as data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

  • Conduct research and experimentation to improve the performance of our data processing systems.

  • Clean and preprocess large datasets.

  • Work with LLMs to analyze, classify and extract insights from text

  • Communicate results and insights to the rest of the team and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering and cloud technologies.

What We're Looking For: 

Must-have skills or experience:

  • Strong background in data engineering, data processing, and cloud technologies is preferred but not required.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, its ecosystem, frameworks and libraries

  • Be familiar with and adhere to clean code guidelines, prioritizing code quality and testability.

  • Expert in SQL, we rely heavily on SQL and this is a must

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Nice-to-have skills or experience:

  • Proven experience in building and deploying data pipelines

  • Experience with JVM language (Java / Kotlin)
