As a Lead Implementation Project Manager, you will drive enterprise-level deployments of the MIM clinical software platform across complex healthcare environments. You will lead multi-site implementations that span digital tools, imaging systems, and clinical workflows—owning planning, configuration, integration, go-live, and clinical adoption.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations and executive reporting. 
  • Coordinate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT. 
  • Install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations. 
  • Manage multiple projects, scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations. 
  • Partner with clinicians and IT to align workflows to clinical use cases. 
  • Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in software/digital implementation project management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability. 
  • Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals. 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • 10+ years in multi-site or enterprise deployments. 
  • Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks. 
  • PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
