As a Lead Implementation Project Manager, you will drive enterprise-level deployments of the MIM clinical software platform across complex healthcare environments. You will lead multi-site implementations that span digital tools, imaging systems, and clinical workflows—owning planning, configuration, integration, go-live, and clinical adoption.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations and executive reporting.
- Coordinate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT.
- Install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations.
- Manage multiple projects, scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Partner with clinicians and IT to align workflows to clinical use cases.
- Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in software/digital implementation project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability.
- Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
Desired Characteristics
- 10+ years in multi-site or enterprise deployments.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks.
- PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications.
