Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is your entry point into a modern, technology-driven sales career—and your fast track to becoming a full Client Advisor at the world’s fastest-growing brokerage. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from some of the top producers in the industry while developing the prospecting and sales skills needed to eventually manage your own book of business.

What You’ll Do
Tech-Forward Prospecting:
• Use AI-powered tools, data insights, and automated workflows to identify target accounts.
• Personalize outreach at scale using modern digital communication tactics.
Lead Qualification:
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using AI-driven scoring and prioritization.
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure high-value accounts move through the pipeline efficiently.
Mentorship & Skill Building:
• Work directly with top advisors to learn how they build relationships, grow books, and win big.
• Use technology to accelerate learning, track performance, and refine your approach.
Sales Ops & Workflow Excellence:
• Execute structured sales processes with precision using CRM and AI-enabled systems.
• Provide insights to help optimize workflows, automation, and digital engagement strategies.
Advisor Career Path Development:
• Build the foundation to transition into a Client Advisor role: relationship building, tech-powered sales strategies, and long-term client value creation.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $28 - $36. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
