Our client is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Lead Manager to join their dynamic team. This client is a prominent player in the real estate investment sector, recognized for their innovative strategies and significant market growth over recent years.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary conduit for all lead activity, ensuring every potential opportunity is captured and cultivated. Your focus will be on qualifying leads, building relationships, and maintaining a robust and organized pipeline for their acquisitions team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound homeowner leads.

  • Conduct pre-screening and qualification of leads based on key criteria including motivation, property condition, timeline, and desired price.

  • Utilize provided scripts to engage homeowners via phone and text, effectively overcoming objections to maintain engagement.

  • Schedule and coordinate in-person property walkthroughs for the Acquisition Managers.

  • Meticulously enter, update, and manage all lead data and communication history within their CRM system.

  • Execute a consistent follow-up strategy to nurture leads through various stages of the pipeline.

  • Build rapport with potential sellers to keep conversations active until they are ready to proceed.

  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team by clearly communicating lead status and quality.

  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance lead conversion processes.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-volume communication role such as inside sales, telemarketing, call center operations, or real estate lead management.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Must be comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone.

  • Ability to follow scripts adeptly and apply objection-handling techniques.

  • Proficiency with CRM software; prior experience with Podio is a significant advantage.

  • A self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.

Qualifications

  • A background in sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
