What Makes You a Great Fit

We are a small group of creative and passionate product designers who help define, create, and design all user facing aspects of the Pebl brand and products. We partner and work closely with product and engineering teams to define the user experiences, translate the definitions into complete end experience that can be tested, delivered and iterated on. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing Design Team.

In office collaboration is required Monday - Wednesday. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product Design

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Design and develop the end-to-end experience of the customer journey starting with them exploring on the Pebl website

  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization

  • Design and deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and drive product improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business objectives

  • Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes

 

Let's Connect If You:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products and services

  • Portfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

  • Ability to present work senior stakeholders regularly

  • Experience with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles

  • Certification in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
