Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI
Infinitus is AI communications in service of patients.

Healthcare is inherently complex and siloed. We’re pioneering agentic communications to connect the entire system — any stakeholder, any channel, inbound and out. The result is intelligent care that reduces patient anxiety, increases speed to treatment, and enables teams to scale impact without stretching resources.

Our system combines industry-leading safety guardrails with the largest dynamic knowledge graph built on millions of real-world interactions. It’s why 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50 trusts Infinitus to turn fragmented touchpoints into seamless care for better patient outcomes.

The Mission

At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We’ve automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation — saving millions of hours for patients and providers.

Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.

The AI Hub is Infinitus’s AI-first platform for patient support—bringing together AI agents, human experts, and enterprise workflows to help patients access, afford, and stay on therapy. It is redefining how specialty pharmaceutical companies engage with patients, replacing fragmented, manual operations with intelligent, scalable, and always-on experiences.

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Hub. You’ll define how the platform evolves across every stage of the patient journey, balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with the operational excellence, safety, and human expertise required in healthcare. You’ll work across engineering, AI, operations, clinical, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes for patients and customers.

This is one of the highest-impact product roles at Infinitus. You’ll shape the future of AI-powered patient support, define the operating model that combines AI and humans at enterprise scale, and help establish Infinitus as the trusted platform powering the next generation of healthcare communications.

What you'll own
  • Product strategy and roadmap for the AI Hub across the entire patient journey — benefit verification, prior authorization follow-up, enrollment, financial assistance, and adherence — as one connected experience, not a set of disconnected tasks.

  • The AI-and-human operating model: defining what agents handle autonomously, what routes to human experts, and how the handoff carries full context so patients never repeat themselves.

  • Automation strategy: continuously expanding what AI can safely handle without degrading accuracy, and instrumenting the system so you know exactly where and why humans are still needed.

  • The commercial and customer story: partnering with sales, customers, and leadership to translate what pharma manufacturers and specialty pharmacies need into a product that wins and scales program by program.

  • Cross-functional leadership across engineering, AI/ML, operations, implementation, clinical, and compliance — and mentorship that raises the standard for other PMs on the team.

Must-haves
  • 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a product line or portfolio and a track record of setting strategy, not just executing a roadmap.

  • Deep specialty pharma / patient support domain expertise - you understand hub services, patient support programs (PSPs), benefit verification, prior authorization, copay and financial assistance, and payor/PBM workflows from the inside, and you know where patients drop off and why.

  • Strong systems thinking - comfortable designing workflows where software and human operations are both first-class parts of the product.

  • Fluency with data: you define the metrics, own the dashboards, and make roadmap calls from evidence.

  • Proven ability to operate in a regulated, safety-first environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.

  • Senior cross-functional and executive-facing leadership, including direct work with customers.

Bonus
  • Consulting experience serving pharma / life sciences clients.

  • Working knowledge of CRMs (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud) and how they anchor hub and PSP workflows.

  • Experience owning implementations — the messy, program-by-program work of getting a solution live with a customer.

  • Experience shipping AI/ML or agentic products
