What you can expect

Define how AI agents coordinate across the full revenue lifecycle. You'll partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to turn complex orchestration into simple, trusted products. This role shapes the intelligence layer that makes AI-powered revenue workflows coherent and commercially impactful.

About the Team

We build the AI layer powering Zoom's revenue products. Our team connects engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship intelligent workflows. We exist to turn AI capability into measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into a clear, durable product strategy.
  • Partnering with Engineering and AI/ML on orchestration architecture, reasoning systems, tool use, reliability, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Collaborating with Design to make sophisticated agentic systems appear simple, intuitive, and controllable for end users.
  • Owning the full product path from insight through launch, adoption, packaging, and commercialization in close alignment with Go-To-Market partners.
  • Designing how agents, data, context, tools, and workflows connect to accomplish complex revenue jobs end-to-end.
  • Identifying opportunities where orchestration can fundamentally reinvent revenue workflows rather than simply automate existing steps. Prototyping and iterating quickly with customers to validate product-market fit and surface durable business value.

What we’re looking for

  • Hold Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent and/or equivalent experience with 8-10 years proven experience operating at Lead PM scope, ideally delivering complex zero-to-one products.
  • Bring solid experience building AI-native products, agents, orchestration systems, or intelligent workflows.
  • Apply well-developed product sense and UX judgment to make technically complex systems appear simple and trustworthy.
  • Show a thorough understanding of agentic systems including context management, reasoning, orchestration, tool use, evaluation, permissions, and human oversight. Demonstrate deep technical fluency and credibility when partnering with senior Engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • Apply solid commercial instincts around differentiation, adoption, packaging, and monetization to shape product direction. Turn deeply ambiguous technical possibilities into a clear product strategy and an elegant customer experience.
  • Bring experience in enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, CRM, or workflow automation as a bonus.
