About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer Banking Deposits - Mass Market Financial Products team. This team is accountable for shaping differentiated product value propositions, designing compelling customer experiences, and executing go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable customer and balance growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
You will be a key member of this team and play a critical part in informing and advancing product strategy through rigorous research and data-driven insights. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer, market, and performance analytics into clear product strategies and recommendations that support business priorities and long-term growth objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives, including the development and execution of programs for new products and product enhancements
  • Conduct market research and results-oriented analysis to inform strategy for major products and services
  • Review, assess, and analyze complex product lines and services to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improved customer outcomes
  • Make informed decisions in complex, multi-faceted situations by evaluating global market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory considerations
  • Oversee risk management activities to ensure successful delivery of commitments while enabling new initiatives and innovation
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, business partners, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Lead projects or teams and provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff to support talent development and strong execution
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, specifically deposit products
  • Strong product and program management expertise, including roadmap development, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle delivery.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to synthesize insights, financials, and metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities
  • Effective executive communicator with the ability to deliver compelling, data-backed presentations and strategic narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to assess market and competitive dynamics and drive improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Strong influencer and relationship builder, able to lead cross-functional teams and gain alignment across senior leaders and key partners
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, capable of operating independently while mobilizing resources and motivating teams
  • Skilled in visualizing, articulating, and solving complex problems while operating effectively in ambiguity within a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations using strong visualization and storytelling techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights
