Job Details

We are seeking a Lead Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead high-impact programs, manage enterprise portfolios, and deliver strategic leadership communications. The candidate will drive complex initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and align delivery with business objectives for measurable outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Leads complex, cross-functional program portfolios with full accountability for strategic planning, drive execution velocity, risk mitigation, and delivery across multiple teams globally.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs on key metrics.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth. Accountable to own the status of key projects, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, agility, and inclusion, mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional leaders.
  • Defines program vision, success metrics, and operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, empathy, and respect to achieve business goals.
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear deliverables and repeatable workflows, managing trade-offs, between speed, scope, and quality.
  • Communicate program vision and updates to executive leadership, identifying risks early and providing clear recommendations for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, operations, finance or related field and 15+ years’ experience in program management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact.
  • Analytical expertise with comfort in making decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing across delivery and product functions with a track record of influencing without authority.
  • Effective executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for leadership audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully operating as both a strategist and executor in various areas of business.
  • PMP certification is a must

The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
