This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.


Serves as the primary point of contact for compensation with Sales Leaders, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely progression of issues.


Drives a structured and proactive communication approach, helping translate complex compensation topics into clear, actionable updates while prioritizing inquiries based on business impact and assists with training.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end communication for compensation related projects across stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between Sales Leaders and Compensation
  • Prioritize escalated inquiries based on urgency, revenue impact, and seller experience
  • Translate technical findings into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support SLA adherence (e.g., timely resolution and payout targets)

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Sales Compensation jobs earn between $118,800.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
