As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst supporting the Peripheral Vascular business, you will play a critical role in building scalable operational processes, driving strategic decision-making, and supporting a high-performing sales organization. This is an opportunity to lead complex initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the infrastructure that powers continued growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead territory design and alignment activities to support business growth, market coverage, and sales force effectiveness..

  • Own and govern territory design and alignment, ensuring scalable, accurate structures that support a high‑growth sales organization.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to proactively evaluate and implement territory changes aligned to market dynamics and growth priorities.

  • Monitor compensation, quota, and territory data to ensure accuracy, governance, and operational consistency.

  • Own critical operational cadences, including planning, payouts, business review insights, and executive‑level reporting.

  • Develop clear, actionable reporting and insights that influence decisions across Sales, Finance, and Commercial Strategy.

  • Proactively identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending data‑driven actions to improve outcomes.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across Sales Operations.

  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, elevating team capability through coaching, best‑practice sharing, and high standards of execution.

What you will need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field

  • Minimum 4 year of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or a similar analytical role.

  • Expert‑level Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, complex data modeling) and demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead advanced data analysis and translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable Sales Operations solutions.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, with experience influencing or supporting configuration, enhancements, or data governance.

  • Proven ownership of territory design, alignment, and compensation planning processes in support of growth and evolving commercial strategies.

  • Experience supporting the implementation of an ICM from a manual process including developing system requirements, testing and validation.

  • Deep understanding of revenue operations, sales performance metrics, and forecasting methodologies within a complex sales organization.

Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Irvine, CA

  


United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual

  


Travel Percentage: 10%
