SMC GTM Architect team is the engine driving growth across Snap's long tail small-customer business. Operating across the full advertiser lifecycle — acquisition, activation, retention, and growth, the team autonomously supports core jobs-to-be-done, driving cost savings and incremental revenue through funnel optimization, scaled outreach, lifecycle marketing, and disciplined experimentation. We are a builder-first team of technically fluent talent (Python, SQL, advanced tooling) that turns platforms and models built by Snap’s Enterprise and Monetization Product and Engineering teams into repeatable GTM workflows for Snap’s long-tail advertisers.

In this role, you will be the executional engine of the SMC GTM Architect team — an individual contributor who conceptualizes, spearheads, and ships the core systems that power Snap's small-customer advertiser growth. You will work end-to-end across product, engineering, and sales, shipping systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. Success requires technical fluency, strong business acumen, complex judgement, and the ability to operate independently.

What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of specific segments or workflows within the full-funnel strategy for long-tail advertisers, conceptualizing and spearheading projects end-to-end.

  • Build and ship systems that integrate CRM, BigQuery, Ads APIs, and other data platforms, enabling unified account context and cross-system coordination.

  • Build personalization workflows that deliver the right product recommendations, optimizations, and triggers to the right advertiser at the right moment.

  • Develop multi-channel outreach across in-product, email, and partner surfaces, balancing advertiser experience with measurable impact.

  • Bring together behavioral, contextual, and performance data to power personalization, targeting, and decisioning.

  • Drive operational excellence through automation,  remove manual work, build reusable tools and APIs, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Find efficiencies and links across initiatives, proactively raise concerns, and prioritize tradeoffs with limited guidance from leadership.

  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Revenue/Advertiser Growth, Business Intelligence, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align on use cases, KPIs, and business impact.

  • Mentor peers, contribute to team-wide standards and best practices, and help shape team culture.

  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner to leadership and stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Track record of building and shipping systems that drove measurable business impact.

  • Understand how digital advertising works — campaign setup, bidding, optimization, measurement, and the advertiser journey from acquisition through retention.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable revenue, productivity, or cost improvements.

  • Strong technical foundation in Python, SQL, or related languages with hands-on experience building systems integrated with CRM, BigQuery, GCP, and Ads APIs.

  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, eval frameworks, and model lifecycle management.

  • Experience working with development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Google ADK

  • A bias for solving real customer problems with practical, well-designed solutions.

  • Hands-on operator, move quickly, simplify complexity, and stay close to the work.

  • High standards for your own work, your team, and the products you ship, with a relentless drive to learn and improve.

  • Strong builder mindset: rigorous about testing, observability, data hygiene, and

  • iteration cycles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years experience in designing and deploying automation systems, preferably in a GTM context.

  • Experience building and shipping production applications or working prototypes.

  • Experience with Python, SQL, or equivalent tools and technologies.

  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
