Rate Range: Up to $103.5/ hr in W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have
  • Recent experience leading large-scale technical programs.
  • Experience managing software engineering programs involving 50 or more engineers.
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, distributed systems, and customer-facing technology.
  • Experience with identity, authentication, customer profiles, account management, streaming systems, or related platforms.
  • Ability to create integrated delivery schedules, identify critical paths, and manage dependencies.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Santa Monica four days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex identity and customer profile programs.
  • Manage initiatives involving profile creation, profile management, profile linking, identity unification, and cross-platform customer experiences.
  • Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Security, Commerce, and platform teams.
  • Develop integrated program plans, dependency maps, milestone schedules, and risk registers.
  • Translate technical requirements into executable delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, readiness reviews, launch planning, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Identify risks, delivery constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs. Drive timely resolution.
  • Establish operating rhythms for status reporting, risk management, decisions, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare concise executive updates covering milestones, risks, mitigations, and decisions required.
  • Manage enterprise-scale migrations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Improve program governance, planning, prioritization, capacity management, and delivery predictability.
  • Influence outcomes across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of technical program management experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale software development programs.
  • Experience working with complex technical platforms and multiple engineering organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and backend services.
  • Experience creating detailed delivery schedules and communicating critical paths to executives.
  • Experience managing program budgets, scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with customer identity or profile platforms.
  • Experience with family profiles, child profiles, or cross-application profile capabilities.
  • Experience supporting streaming products or other high-scale consumer platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise migrations, platform integrations, or transformation programs.
  • Experience establishing program governance and operational frameworks.
