This product development leader will be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products within our dining assortment. This ideal candidate will work with our internal and external partners developing products through their entire lifecycle from concept and ideation stages, to design drawings and sketch iterations, sample reviews, and product finalizations across the RH Interiors, RH Modern, RH Beachhouse, and RH Ski House platform.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live and breathe Our Values and Beliefs
  • Collaborates with the design team and vendor partners to develop dining tables and chair collections that align with the luxury design, quality, and standards of RH
  • Proactively maintains a comprehensive track for all communications and design revisions
  • Reviews and approves designs through renderings and CAD drawings
  • Collaborates with the cross functional partners within the organization on feature product within our sourcebooks, galleries, and online store
  • Develops materials and manufacturing requirements to determine production costs in collaboration with merchandising partners

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Deep passion for design within the luxury market and a high level of design aesthetic
  • Experience with Autocad, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) with the enthusiasm for learning new software
  • Proficient communication skills between internal and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of developments and actively finds solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Works well independently and collaboratively
