Responsibilities
  • Lead a consultative engagement process with senior-level professionals, identifying goals and assessing strategic program fit.

  • Develop tailored recommendations based on individual objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Oversee the participant journey from initial conversation through onboarding, ensuring alignment and readiness for success.

  • Leverage proven frameworks and digital strategies to maximize engagement and program outcomes.

  • Analyze engagement metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve results.

  • Represent the brand at a senior level in virtual events, professional networks, and industry-related conversations.

  • Mentor and guide peers, sharing expertise and best practices to strengthen performance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and participant experience.




Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; confident in leading professional discussions.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in HR, business development, communications, marketing, education, real estate, sales, or consulting preferred.

  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
