The Qualia Learning & Adoption Specialist serves as the organization's training and adoption leader for Qualia and related transaction technologies. This role is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs that support successful technology adoption across title, escrow, closing, and operational teams.

This individual combines deep Qualia expertise with a strong understanding of title and escrow operations. They partner closely with operational leaders, platform administrators, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to ensure employees are prepared to successfully perform their roles both during and after platform transitions. 

The ideal candidate is energized by helping people learn, enjoys simplifying complex concepts, and can translate system functionality into practical, role-based workflows that drive user confidence, productivity, and adoption. 

Core Responsibilities

Qualia Learning Strategy & Adoption

  • Serve as the Learning & Development subject matter expert for Qualia and related transaction platforms.

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise Qualia learning strategy, including onboarding, role-based learning paths, certification programs, job aids, and adoption support materials.

  • Build scalable learning programs that support implementation, go-live readiness, ongoing adoption, and future platform enhancements.

  • Partner with platform administrators, implementation teams, and operational leaders to understand upcoming changes and translate them into learning solutions.

  • Measure adoption and learning effectiveness, adjusting training strategies as needed.

Training Design & Development 

  • Design engaging instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning experiences.

  • Develop role-based curriculum aligned to operational workflows and business requirements.

  • Create training materials, presentations, simulations, guides, videos, FAQs, and performance support resources.

  • Develop assessments and readiness measures to validate user proficiency and operational readiness.

  • Maintain learning content libraries and ensure materials remain current as platforms evolve.

Facilitation & Learning Delivery

  • Deliver training programs to audiences ranging from individual coaching sessions to large-scale organizational rollouts.

  • Communicate complex system functionality and transaction concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

  • Facilitate workshops, office hours, power-user sessions, and train-the-trainer programs.

  • Support pilot deployments and go-live activities through targeted learning interventions.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding learner readiness, adoption progress, and training outcomes.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with operational teams to identify skill gaps, workflow challenges, and adoption barriers.

  • Collaborate with the Platform Administration team to identify recurring user questions, support trends, and knowledge gaps.

  • Work with other Learning & Development team members to align learning standards, best practices, and instructional design methodologies.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accurately reflects both system functionality and operational reality.

  • Support organizational change initiatives related to technology adoption and process transformation.

Learning Analytics & Continuous Improvement 

  • Monitor training completion, assessment results, adoption metrics, and user feedback.

  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities for additional training, coaching, or process improvements.

  • Develop recommendations to improve learner readiness and platform utilization.

  • Partner with business leaders to establish success measures and adoption indicators.

  • Continuously refine learning programs to improve effectiveness and scalability.

  • Teams are prepared for platform implementations and system changes before go-live.

  • Training content remains accurate, current, and aligned with operational needs.

  • Adoption challenges are identified and addressed proactively.

  • Learners successfully use self-service resources, job aids, and knowledge tools.

  • Leadership has visibility into readiness, adoption, and learning effectiveness.

  • Learning programs contribute to improved productivity, reduced support needs, and successful technology adoption.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of title, escrow, processing, closing, or transaction operations experience.

  • Demonstrated advanced expertise in Qualia, including workflows, user experience, transaction management, and operational functionality.

  • Experience participating in system implementations, platform rollouts, or technology adoption initiatives.

  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical operational guidance.

  • Experience developing training materials for multiple learning formats.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable partnering with both operational and technology teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.
