About the company

Our client is a fast-growing artificial intelligence company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. A post-sales role working with existing customers, positioned between the client, in-house lawyers and developers. The person tailors a software platform for each customer, turns lawyers' needs into precise specifications, and is accountable for the quality of what gets delivered. Working knowledge of technical concepts helps in conversations with developers, though the job is not hands-on coding.

What you'll do

- Lead onboarding and customization calls with existing customers to understand their needs.

- Build tailored workflows and documents for each customer, using AI tooling to move quickly.

- Turn in-house lawyers' requests into precise specifications and tickets for developers.

- Own delivery, testing and quality of the finished output from start to finish.

- Turn repeated customization work into reusable processes that can scale.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is strongly preferred, with at least real startup legal exposure, ideally in-house or transactional.

- Experience moving from legal work toward product, or a product background with a legal focus.

- A product mindset: can understand a legal problem, turn it into workflows and product, and own the result.

- Fluent with AI tools without needing to be taught how to use them.

- A systems thinker who builds repeatable mechanisms from one-off work.

- Strong at asking the right questions and listening for what customers and lawyers actually need.

- Some technical background to speak the language of engineers; this is not a deep coding role.

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points

- Experience at a legal technology or legal AI company.

- Prior work on a product adjacent to legal workflows or compliance tooling.

- Early-stage or founding experience at a startup.
