  • Serve as project manager across multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements

  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support resources for end users

  • Monitor industry trends in legal technology, privacy, and AI; make recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Manage vendor relationships for legal software and coordinate across IT, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Track key metrics, prepare dashboards, and report on system adoption and performance

We’re looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, technical program management, or technology implementation, with direct ownership of legal or compliance systems

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, procurement tools such as Coupa, CLMs, and workflow/process improvement, ideally in a high-growth, tech-forward environment

  • Technical acumen and comfort driving evaluation and integration of new technologies and AI solutions

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have:
  • Background in technical program management (TPM), legal operations, or business systems
