The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing team. If you’ve worked as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, legal operations professional, or in a similar role, your real-world legal experience is exactly what we’re looking for.

You’ll help law firms successfully adopt Glade AI by guiding implementations, optimizing workflows, solving complex support issues, and partnering with Product and Engineering to improve the platform. No prior tech experience is required—we’ll teach you the technology.

You’ll also help us build our Bay Area support team while collaborating with our established global operations team.

What You’ll Do
  • Become the trusted advisor for law firms using Glade AI.

  • Support clients via email and chat, resolving complex workflow and product questions.

  • Design, build, and optimize legal workflows within the platform.

  • Partner with Client Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience.

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend scalable solutions.

  • Leverage AI to improve internal processes and help clients work more efficiently.

  • Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

    What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment, such as a law firm, legal operations, or legal support role.

  • Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, legal operations specialist, or similar role.

  • AI-forward mindset. You regularly leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive tasks, solve problems faster, improve decision-making, and maximize your productivity. You’re excited to experiment with new AI capabilities and incorporate them into your daily work.

  • Bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred, but we’re open to candidates with other legal backgrounds who are excited to learn.

  • Experience with legal software such as Best Case, NextChapter, Lawmatics, PACER, ECF, Clio, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Excitement about legal technology and helping law firms modernize their operations.
