What We're Researching

We are running a paid study on the daily operational workflows of legal practices. By observing how legal teams manage cases and documents, we aim to identify common bottlenecks in current software tools. Your feedback helps us understand where new solutions can streamline document preparation and case management.

How It Works

During this 60-minute remote interview, you will speak with a moderator about your daily legal tasks. You will also participate in a screen-share session to demonstrate how you navigate your current case management or document drafting software. We will ask you to explain your thought process and highlight areas where the tools either help or hinder your productivity. The conversation will focus on practical, everyday scenarios rather than theoretical legal concepts.

Who This Is For

We are looking for active legal professionals who handle case administration or document management on a regular basis. We welcome paralegals, legal assistants, and practicing attorneys across various practice areas. Candidates should be comfortable sharing their screen and discussing the specifics of their software workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Discuss your daily responsibilities regarding case management and document preparation.

  • Demonstrate your standard software workflows using a remote screen-share.

  • Identify pain points or inefficiencies in your current legal tools.

  • Provide feedback on potential improvements for legal software solutions.

Who Should Apply
  • Currently employed as a paralegal, legal assistant, or attorney.

  • Regularly use case management or document drafting software.

  • Comfortable joining a remote video call and sharing your screen.

  • Able to articulate workflow challenges and technical feedback clearly.
