We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist to own and execute lifecycle programs for a fast-growing AI productivity platform used by 1.5M+ professionals worldwide. You will build and optimize automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging, using behavioral signals to drive user engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Responsibilities:
* Own lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
* Design and optimize automated journeys using behavioral segmentation and user signals
* Analyze campaign performance using A/B tests, cohort trends, and engagement metrics and translate insights into improvements
* Partner with product, data, and marketing teams to support launches and drive feature adoption
* Develop lifecycle programs for both consumer users and professional/team use cases
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing in a digital product or technology environment
* Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar
* Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey design
* Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign metrics, and cohort analysis
* Exposure to both B2C and B2B or product-led environments is a plus
